* High Score on Pandora

If you take a look at my video game library, there are three franchises that have always had a home:

• FIFA

• Halo

• Assassin’s Creed

I remember playing FIFA on Super Nintendo and Halo on the Original Xbox Console. Those games have been around as long as I have. One thing they have most in common is that every time they release a new chapter, I tend to love it.

Joining the Brotherhood

The same can be said about Assassin’s Creed. I haven’t been playing since it first debuted but, the first time I did play, it was the flagship title and I was enchanted..

I had a Sony smart tv that allowed me access to the PSNow Library. After exploring the storyline and other titles in the series, it was instantly one of my favorites.

I finally got an Xbox One (The FIFA 17 bundle). It was the first console I owned since the Playstation 2! My bundle also came with one free game, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate.

I go pretty hard on the FIFA, as soccer (world football) is one of my passions. I spend a majority of my time on that but, the second most played game on my system is Assassin’s Creed.

The Sound

If you’re reading this in my Music Theory blog, then you’re aware that Music is another one of my passions. One of my favorite memories of Halo on the original Xbox was the incredible soundtrack. So, one of my favorite things about Assassin’s Creed is the the main theme.

Once I found the AC: Origins soundtrack (among others) was actually available on streaming services like Pandora and Spotify, I was hooked!

Which brings us to today's post

High Score

One of the latest custom stations at #84plays is started from the Assassin's Creed seed station. I added the Halo soundtrack and began Thumbs Upping various tracks like…………..

It's also not uncommon to hear a TV or Movie score such as Game of Thrones, Person of Interest and other dramatic styles like those.

Once, I've collected plenty of Thumbs Up tracks, I'll create a list over on Spotify that will serve as a “Greatest Hits” playlist.
